Amazon Managed Blockchain allows customers to join public networks or manage scalabe private networks using popular open-source frameworks. A great deal of the appeal for leveraging AWS Managed Blockchain is not being required to create the network and allowing AWS to automatically scale to meet the demand of your applications which may be running millions of transactions.

Getting Started With AWS Managed Blockchain

And now that AWS Managed Blockchain supports Ethereum, you can take advantage of the networking, fast and reliable syncs to the Ethereum blockchain, durable elastic storage for ledger data, encryption at rest and transport, and secure access to the network via open source Ethereum API’s. This includes AWS taking care of scaling storage, monitoring node health (including replacing unhealthy nodes), automating Ethereum software upgrades.
