What’s Your AWS IQ?

Now when you register as an expert with AWS IQ, you can now share your expert profile with a custom, short url.

IQ Expert

I just created a profile and registered as an expert. Here is an example of a registered expert and their shortened url: https://iq.aws.amazon.com/e/ajhool

For instance, I created a profile earlier and there were three stages that must be completed before you are officially approved.

First what is AWS IQ? It is a service marketplace for connecting AWS customers and AWS Certified freelancers and technology firms that have proven work experience and deep knowledge of Amazon Web Services technology. If you have a lot of knowledge and work experience using Amazon Web Services, this is a great way to monetize!

Expert

There are a few qualifications, some being:

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must be a U.S. citizen
  • You must hold an Associate, Professional, or Specialty certification

If you are interested in registering as an expert, get started by clicking here.

There are three steps you must complete before registering:

1.) You will need to edit your profile with work experience, your personal website, and connect your Amazon Web Services training and certification account to your AWS IQ account.

2.) Then you’ll need to fill out tax and payment information on the AWS Marketplace, this will ensure that you get paid for your services.

3.) Wait to your hear back on your submission! This may take up to a few weeks for your application to be accepted or rejected.
